The Citizen Of Sun - Urb Brothers (Vennad Urbid)

I'm a citizen of sun
every time I see the flowers grow
and I know they too would like me to know -
I'm a citizen of sun

I'm a citizen of sun
every time I feel that roads would call
every time they ask: where do I belong at all
I'm a citizen of sun

Children of sun are having a good time on my wall
heeding my call, heeding my call, heeding my call

I'm a citizen of sun
every time I raise a glass of wine
with the friends of mine to friends of mine
I'm a citizen of sun

Children of sun are having a good time on my wall
heeding my call, heeding my call, heeding my call

I'm a citizen of sun
every time I see it in your eyes
even if it doesn't sound to wise
I'm a citizen of sun

I'm a citizen of sun
every time I see it in the sky
raise your eyes if you still wonder why
I'm a citizen of sun

Faith Enough To Obey! Rev. Della Reese @ UP Church

From when I was a little girl and my grandmother had us praying for the dynamic entertainer Della Reese when she walked into the glass door that almost killed her, I have been a fan of hers.  Music, acting and now most importantly, prayer, there is none better on the planet today than her.

In this sermon she delves deep into the power of faith, belief in that the Lord tells one to do, and why it is the best one to use.

Enjoy church!

The Tapestry as conveyed by my Grand Mother Frances Turner

The Original Nayer's Favorite Poem
Mary Frances Turner

The Tapestry

My life is but a weaving,
Between my God and me.
God chooses the colors,
We work steadily.

He sometimes weaves sorrow.
And I in foolish pride,
Forgets He sees the upper,
And I the under side.

Not until the loom is silent,
And the fibers cease to fly,
Will God unroll the canvas,
And tell the reasons why.

The dark threads are as needful,
In the skillful workers hands,
As the threads of gold and silver,
In the pattern He has planned.
Author – Traveling Preacher in Florida
